Heh guys,
Just received my BB hardtop from honda, which is still sitting at the dealer. Went to inspect it and found some abrasion to the cleacoat in clusters all around. Is this normal for a brand new hardtop? I know black is especially hard to keep perfect, but this is a brand new piece. They told me they could polish it out, but don't know if i want to risk lettiing them handling it in and out etc..

What do you guys think? Keep it, and let them polish it? Or get them to order another one, which they say they don't know how long it will take because Canada has no more in stock.
Since you're the only one who has seen the "abrasion to the clearcoat" how do you expect a bunch of strangers on the Internet to pass judgement regarding what you should do?

I'm from Canada as well, I was lucky when I bought my hardtop a couple years ago the Canada and US dollar were equal and i ended up paying $2600 canadian for the top, and another $250 to have it shipped.

Customs fees were only a couple hundred more so it wasn't too bad. All in all it cost me just over $3000.

I ordered mine from Desert Honda in las vegas.
