Default Hardtop Installation Report

Jeff (Hardtopguy) and his brother from Ganley Honda (1 800 342 8158) stopped by today to install my red hardtop. They braved the cold (20s) and Ohio's boys in blue, arriving around 7:30pm. By 8:30pm they were on their way and I was out scooting around with my son as co-pilot, enjoying the hardtop.

Driving with the hardtop in the cold is much nicer than the soft top. Interior warms up quickly and stays warm. (I had to encourage my son -- 8 years old -- not to fall asleep in the car, which he does often. A quick run up to VTEC range kept his attention.)

I'm very glad I got the hardtop. It will make winter driving more enjoyable, and I still have the fun of the soft top for the nicer weather days. It's like having three cars in one.

I highly recommend Jeff from Ganley if you're interested in a hardtop. He and his brother did a great job, professional all the way, in spite of me hanging around talking and taking pictures. Their committment to service goes above and beyond the expected.

I have a gallery of photos of the process online at:

Here's the finished product, in my somewhat messy garage:

Jeff and His brother ROCK! They came out to my house, worked like ants, and I had the hardtop installed in 30min. I wish Ganley Hoonda was closer. They'll get whatever buisness I can throw their way.
