Hardtop issue with wind noise
Hey guys, is there any fix for this issue. Ive searched and found others with similar issues but I couldnt find a main fix for it. Ive re-adjusted my top a couple of times and while it does improve, it doesnt remove the wind noise completely. I mainly hear it around 60 and up.
From what it looks like, the bottom part of the driver side window doest hit up the rubber molding completely. On the passanger side, its perfect. Ive tried putting a rubber piece between the opening of the mondling which did help but still didnt eliminate the issue.
Any advise on this issue..
Thanks..

get oem hardtop obviously
I'm not sure if there is a fix, but my OEM hardtop does the same thing. If my door is shut and I roll the window down then roll it back up, you can hear the wind noise pretty good. But if I open the door then shut it, it reduces alot of the noise. I'm not sure how to fix it though.

Obvisouly you dont know what your taking about "sosooo" since its OEM.
rajun, ive tried that and it does since i tried about everything. I was thinking about putting a larger rubber gasket. Problem with that is that it might fall when you lower the window and raise it since it will hit it..

Bottom line, it still sounds like you have a slight misaligment issue with the hard top
