The next time you have the HT off, check the assembly where the rear locking levers are attached to.

Make sure the assembly is tight and you can't wiggle the bracket.

Brackets fasten to the HT body with three bolts screwed into a tapped boss under each rear B panel trim.

These are the bolts which give some adjustment 'play' during the initial install event. The bolts are round and go through the bracket which has square holes punched into it. This give the wiggle room necessary for the HT adjustment procedure.

The trim panel just snaps off exposing the bolts.

Mine were very loose, as soon as they were tightened my sqeaks and groans went away.

Shinetsu is just the brand of grease that Honda provides. You can ask your dealer for it, or get some from diving shops. As long as it's silicone grease you're okay.
Note that the squeeks and groans from the rubbers is different from the thumps and bumps of a loose HT.
If your HT is thumping, follow BD's advice and you should be in good shape.
