do you find it noisy when driving with hardtop?

i hear 'bang bang bang band' at the rear, kind of like metals touching sound

No! I get the usual squeaking noises when the car flexes over bumps and stuff. This is from the rear window seal rubbing on the plastic rear deck trim piece. It doesn't bother me so I won't re-adjust anything.
I think what you're hearing is the part of the soft top that is being held down by the hardtop. Some people have mentioned that if they tape the soft top down or put a piece of foam between these two pieces (on both sides), it fixes it. Your soft top must go down quite far on its own and leaves a space, allowing it to bounce up and down. Mine doesn't so the hard top actually presses firmly down on the soft top, thus no noise.

Check to make sure the rubber bump stop is installed on the soft top hinge. This limits the top from dropping down all the way so when you install the hardtop the hardtop pushes down on the soft top to prevent it from rattling. Also check the soft top latches they may rattle.
