Is the hardtop taller than the soft top?

I believe the rear glass of the hardtop is more perpendicular than on the soft top. So does the hardtop provides more rear space by using less angle on the rear glass?

Thanks in advance.

it's the same height, but the glass is further back a little so it gives more unusable rear space.
