Default Hardtop part question

Looking at my hardtop on the stand, I notice that I'm now missing one of the rubber cushions on the rear window bracket, and it's winning the game of hide and seek if still in the garage. It's shown on page 20-55 of the Service Manual, but there's no part number, so I've got concerns ordering one thru my local dealership. Has anybody ever replaced this part? If so, any additional information would be appreciated: price, part number, time to order, etc. Or any comments from the more experienced owners on how to deal with the parts department to get what I need? I've read enough stories along the lines of 'no such thing as a PCX oil filter...' that I'd like to avoid wasting time if it's possible!

Looks common enough that you could easily match it at the local hardware store ...

By the way, what does that bracket do?

Those rubber things rest on the folded soft top to prevent it from springing up and down as you go down a bumpy road. Have you tried asking the part dept to check their microfische for the part? That "bumper" looks very similar to the ones under your trunk lid and what your hood rests on when it's closed.

As for the filter, you can buy it here at the marketplace store:
