Does anyone know the phone number for hardtopguy? I need to contact them to see what the deal is with my order. They did not reply to my email and I'm starting to get a bit irritated. I ordered 3 items and they took over 2 weeks to arrive. On top of that i only recieved two of the items. I have an invoice with 3 items ordered and the packing list only shows 2 items shipped. No one from the company has bothered to tell me what the hell the deal is with the last item. This has not been a pleasant experience buying from hardtopguy.com.

Relax. They will take care of you. The last item may be back-ordered. They were all out at Fall Colors last week and may be behind on things and they are making some updates to their site.

I talked to them today before Noon PDT to check the status of an order I placed via their website last Friday. I was told there are "management issues" and that they are not taking any more internet orders or accepting Paypal until it is resolved. The person I spoke with said they did not have access to the system but would have someone check on my order and call me back. No call back yet...not a big deal at this point (though my Paypal account was charged) but it doesn't give one a warm and fuzzy feeling.
