Two weeks ago, I ordered a front bumper cover and 6 qts of tranny/diff fluid from HTG. Everything was shipped within only a day or two.

This isn't the first time I've ordered from HTG. One time, an item I purchased was damaged in shipping. When I emailed Jeff about it, he promptly sent me a replacement, no questions asked -- before I even had the chance to return the original! I've never received this type of customer service anywhere else. I'm telling you, Jeff is one of the most honest and helpful guys you will ever do business with.

 

I've never ordered from him but I'm deffinatly going to be going to his site in a few mins to see what he has, because of his high CUSTOMER SERVICE raves.
I hope everything with your MIL is getting better since your last post on this thread.

 

i've spent $3000-$4000 with HTG. he might not ship same day but he always ships!

i give him all the business i can and i have been very happy with his customer service.

 

Jeff has integrity and honor. If there is a problem, just call him and he'll help you.

 

I may not have ordered much from Jeff but the stuff that I did order was shipped promptly. I recommend HTG to everyone

 

Jeff is a great guy and I'm sure if he hasn't shipped your stuff out yet there is a good reason for it.

 

Anyone have updates on his situation yet? I'm ready to order a diff. from him and wants to make sure everything is ok with him and has the time to put one together, if not I can wait. Hope everything will be fine with you jeff.

 

I was actually able to catch Jeff on the Bat-phone tonight. His m-i-l has progressed enough that she's out of the hospital. They anticipate her starting to eat again in the next couple of weeks.

 

Everything its ok. I have receive a mail from Jeff today.
