I'm a big supporter of Hardtopguy, and I've bought many parts from him, but I ordered some parts in February, that I still haven't received (that's 3 months!). Sometimes sh!t happens, and not just to you, quoc.
One bad order doesn't mean the vendor is bad. Try to have some patience, and if you are really concerned, call Jeff on the phone and get things clarified.
