Default Hardtopguy non-responsive

I have always purchased parts from my local dealer and from Majestic Honda on the web. Recently, I decided to try Hardtop guy since I have always heard good things about him.

I purchased $330 worth of parts. I erroneously ordered two front brake pad boxes. I have been calling 216-299-3182 and emailing sales@hardtopguy.com and jeff@hardtopguy.com for the last few weeks and have had NO RESPONSE.

He never answers the phone and does not return emails. All I want is to exchange my extra front brake pads for a box of rear pads.

Is he still in business?

I've been seeing threads like these for the past few months. I'm not sure what the details are, but I guess it proves that despite one's reputation on a forum, you can never trust them too much. Good luck with getting your parts or a refund.

Search is your friend, my friend. Good luck, looks like Hardtop guy is back...
