i can't find the knock sensor on my 07 s2000

 

Is it different than on a pre-07? There are picture threads on it. You can't really see it, it's more of a feel thing. Majestic Honda has a parts site that you can see the expanded parts.

 

The knock sensor is under the intake manifold.

 

thanx for the info,and yeah is more of a feel thing,my car is on boost and i was on a dyno the other day and they told me that the car had the knock sensor bad,and that to be able to get a good tunnin out of the car i need it a new knock sensor so they can play good with the timing of the car,

 

It's easy-ish to replace if you have a big enough socket. They are fragile and can break with engine work and clutch work.

 

just feel for it you probably felt it but didn't realize that was it

my knock sensor has broken twice!!
once after clutch replacement and who knows why it broke the second time :/

 

Its so hard to replace with the intake on.
