i was searching online at hardtopguy.com and noticed he sells warranties for honda.....has anyone purchased an extended warranty through him and how does it work? if something breaks do i just take it to any honda dealer and they work it out or what?

are there any certain qualifications in order to be eligible for the extended warranty?

i have an 01 with 23,000 on it and the warranty expired early this year, so i am curious to find out and getting a new warranty.

 

it's a honda warranty, and if your car is within the original warranty you can buy it.

I doubt you can as yours has expired.

 

Actually there is a time/mileage limit beyond the 3/36 that you have to pay an addition fee to get the ext wrnty. Contact Jeff (HardTopGuy) and see exactly what it is.

The wrnty is Honda Care. This is the same thing you would buy @ the dealer. That is because HardTopGuy is a Dealer.

 

Be sure to search these forums a little about the honda care warranty. A lot of people have had a hard time getting them to cover anything. Some people have been lucky though, so it may or may not be worth your money.
