Default Harness mounting?

ok here is the deal. i just got two bride pro's. i want to put harnesses in the car to go with the seats. now i know that you should never mount them on the bottom of the seat bolts. i hve been told that the only good way to do it would be a cage with a harness bar. but i know BYS makes harness anchors. and i was thinking i would just cut slits in the plastic behind the seats where people put speakers. then i would put the anchors in that area behind the plastic mounted to the car. anyone else advice or anyone they would recomend i ask? thanks

Shoulder harness mounts must be level with your shoulder to up to 10 degrees down from horizontal. If you mount them lower than that you run a great risk of spinal compression in a frontal accident. The mounting point for your harness must be able to withstand extremely high loading, and I can't imagine how you could do it without installing an aftermarket rollbar with harness attachment points.

I also encourage you to carefully read the thread mentioned above and the linked articles in that thread to make up your own mind about what is safe on the street.
