Default Has anyone ordered from JAZZ PRO PARTS?!

hey guys,

I've been having some problems with Jazzproparts.com
i've ordered my Veilside side strakes from the above site... FROM FEBUARY,

they had said that the parts are on back order, i have no recieved any word... AND
their numbers are blocked... and their voice mails full.

last time i spoke to them they said that the part was on back order, and that they dont stock it... so are getting it directly from veilside.

i dont live in the US, but parts are being shipped to a US adress.

This is very frustrating, i have been waiting for months, my car has been sitting in miami waiting to be shipped because of this one part.
I HAVE PAID THEM ALL THE MONEY already

are any other members familiar with this site?
any suggestions on what i can do?!

If you paid by credit card call the cc company and have them reverse the charges.

i sent them a money order
cause they said they dont take international credit cards....

sounds like a 'made to order' part from japan. i've heard things like that usually take 4-6 weeks to have the order placed, made, and finalized. it takes an additional 4-6 weeks to have it shipped. might be a long shot, but since you've mentioned that you tried reaching them by phone, have you tried reaching them by email?

well i remember them saying that they have to get it directly from veilside.

i would love to know if anyone else has ordered this part.
if its on back order... then that means there are a couple of S2K owners that are waitin as well

I don't personally know about this company, but generally special order parts from Japan take 8-14 weeks. At least that is what we quote our customers. Good luck on getting your parts!
