I have a dilema. I love the AP1's verticle turn signal lense but IMO the housing holding the main projector is very awkward looking. On the flip side, I lthink the AP2 main projector housing looks amazing but I'm not a fan of the round turn signal. Has anybody taken the AP1 turn signal and placed it into the AP2 headlight?

No. That would be a huge custom job, and I doubt someone is going to tear apart their ap2 headlights and mod them to look like ap1's.

I hope you're good with fiberglass... Personally, I prefer the ap1 headlights.

i always wanted to integrate the led brake lights from an ap2 into my ap1 tail lights while keeping the half circle turn signal and half circle reverse in the ap1.. that would be awesome.

Why don't you just paint a silver ring around the AP1 projector, then it will look basically like the AP2 projector, only you wont need to destroy another set of headlight assemblies.

Personally, I think you're nuts for wanting to invest the time, money, and energy into something that will likely give you VERY little satisfaction when done.

But hey, it's your time, money, and energy. Best of luck on the effort and keep us posted on how it goes!
