PLEASE don't blame people from Metro (NY/NJ) because of this guy - as i've said before each and every person from metro i've delt with these past three years have been TOP NOTCH - this guy is just a scammer - heck he could have been from New England

I'll still offer my services if the buyer needs them!! Trust me when i say this - i can and will make his credit rating suffer - as mentioned i get paid to collect cash
Didn't mean to generalize...just noted that this is the second a$$hole from the Jersey area to do this.

Well this is interesting... and sad...

I didn't notice the cracks in the wheels... yeah right. That is pretty sad.

I hope you get your money back.

good luck with a resolution, i had a very similar situation with a metro ny member a couple weeks ago, i bought some volk gt7s, his description stated pirelli tires all around, and that the only flaw was 1 wheel had a 1.5 inch curb rash. when i got the wheels, the front tires werent even pirelli, 1 wheel was curbed 75% of the way around, another wheel was curbed about 40% around, 2 of the center caps were bent, 2 wheels were missing the volk stickers, and 1 wheel had scuffs on the spokes, and half the volk sticker was scuffed off. my main issue was with the tires because that was a main point with me buying the wheels from him. i passed on a much cheaper sale from a local member with the same wheels(in better condition) because he had mismatched tires.

You bought wheels from a guy with "stoner" in his username?
The work "stoner" does not, in anyway, implies that the person is a scam-artist.
So do not get the two mixed up. I know stoners who wouldn't harm a fly let alone scamming unsuspecting people.

Thought I get this out.

There are just people out who only cares about themselves, and this "stoner" guy is one of them.

Moderator on chat forums should make note of these F-ers, and find a way to never let them back into the forums. As such, ebay should do the same as I've personally been scam many time on ebay.

There have got to be some way where we can hold these people accountable for their actions.

Any suggestions?

That guy was being a little prick when he didn't disclose those cracks on the rim. So he basically lied to you about the product. I would try every way to get ALL of your money back.

Hello guys,

Well its a late update but a bad one...

The money my bank gave me they reversed. BofA is my bank BTW and they indicated that this particular individual which I bought the wheels from is not a stor or merchant but a private party.

So they took back my money.

Anyway...I did get an email from the guy indicated he felt "bad" a couple days ago. And so I thought...perhaps the guy does regret his actions. He offered to give me back some money. Now after paypal fees and shipping fees I should get at least 400 for each of the 2 rear rims...so $800 total. Heck I would settle for $700 at this point.

But basically the idiot says "buyer beware"...he wont give me the $800...only $500, but check out his scheme now...

Here is is reply...could someone please decipher this?

"no i mean like what im saying is im not gunna pay that much thats just not gunna happen, i mean it is buyer beware but im not like that ill try to help you out but im not going to give you all that, i can split it with you to atleast help you out a little the thing is you would have to send $$ that we agree apon to my paypal and the money will go right back to you b/c mines in negative and whats left in the negative i will bring out of my bank..to pay you back, its -$910 so you will have to send a little more, i can give you $400.... so you need to send $510 to my paypal turbocoupe97@aol.com and the money will go right back to you since mines in negative b/c the creditcard calim you did.. lemmeknow if you have anymroe questions"

Hehe...so now he wants me to send him money to clear his negative balance then he will send it back
Riiiiiiight
