His selling privledges have been suspeneded already

 

I have had good results by contacting the proper law enforcement agency that has jurisdiction over the perpetrator.

It may be city or county, depending on where he lives.

What he did is not legal and you should be able to get a little help from the local police.

BTW, you can get your money back from paypal, regardless of ebay member status.

I recently got stiffed by a user named "RYANSBEAMER" for a measly $50. I put in a complaint to paypal after a week of no response. 10 days later, i got 48.50 back.

Coincidentally, the user is from Howell, central jersey.

ook just to clear a couple things up here, i never knew about the rims being cracked, i would have deff told him about them, 2ndly, you said you called and left me a message? i never received a message or i would have contacted you back, i do intend to pay you back, just like if i owed anyone money i alwasy paid them back i can give you a couple names that i owed money and DIDNT have to give them the money back b/c i know nothing would happen, but i did it anyway just b/c its the right thing to do, and i dont want sh*t liek that hanging over my head, and all teh $200 from them rims did go to bills, adn sicne i told him that i woudl ge tteh rear tires mounted and i didnt i refunded him $100 back so he can get tehm mounted and balanced and such, plus i paid out the ass for shipping about $171 worth... so i techinically sold him those rims for $1730, besides the point, i just wanted to clear this up b/c i never seen this thread about me until now, and i figured i woudl reply and tell you what i can do for you, i noticed a little while back you had the 2 rims forsale on ebay... idk if they were the front or back, if they were the back, then i dont know why you would be accusing me of scamming or whatnot... i will keep intouch with you, just send me a Pm so we can dicuss a time period when i can give you your $$ back, no hard feelings
