its like bikers say, " loud pipes save lives"
that or rev the piss out of it and hope that you can get out of the way.
oh and i'm looking into that more powerful horn. honda horns sound like clown car horns...

actually, it happened to me on friday!
it sucks cuz my car is supposed to be stored but it was such a nice day, and saltless!! after driving it around and filling up with gas again, i took it to the touchless wash but there was a line. a '97 camry starts to backup for no reason and smack! she dented her bumper and i ended up with a few scuffs. luckily for me, i still have the clear coat so i should be able to buff it out in the spring. stupid drivers! why have mirrors if you dont use em?!?!?!?!??!?!??

oh and i almost rear ended a van that switched into my lane without using signals.. GRRR..... luckily the s has amazing brakes.. got within at least 2 ft of distance from him. talk about a close call

Happened to me twice last week.
Both times they tried to change into my lane while I was right there next to them. All they had to do was turn their head to the right to see me.
One of them didn't even use their turn signal...All of a sudden I see a blazer veering into my lane that's when I honked like crazy while looking to my right lane to make sure it was clear to jump over, if needed.
I love how, after the incident, I catch up to them and try to talk to them they completely ignore me and just look straight ahead. One time a lady actually apologized when I confronted her afterwords.
This one time though this middle aged aged idiot decided to mess with me and jerked his car towards mine like he was purposely hit me. Oh yeah, the idiot was driving a brand new Lexus LS460L.

I actually was run out of my lane by an MG - the old fart in the car was yacking on his cell and when he came over into my lane with no signal I hit the brakes and horn at the same time. He did not flinch and just flipped me off. I wish I had been driving my Lex, I would have held my lane and destroyed his MG.
I decided the wimpy 108db horns had to go so I replaced them that weekend with 130db horns, just in case.

I however generally drive pretty aggressive so im always on top of whats going on around me and i rarely have someone else intruding on current driving situation. sometimes people say i drive like a Dick, i just feel like im making myself apparent to the general public at hand. agree or disagree i think it works. I also removed my cat and have a magnaflow exhaust so im not to quiet either

Lady backed into my car last night!!!!!!!!!! Damnit... She said it was too low and could not see it. At least she payed outta pocket this morning for the rear bumper to be repainted.

I like sports bikes and really do not want to wreck into them so I give them plenty of room because they are usually speeding anyways so 2-3 car lengths if I am in their lane, and if they are in the lane by me I give them a car length because bikers have like an addiction to changing lanes so you have to watch out for them.
