I have mis shifted a few times but never overeved the car. I've done them all; 3rd to 2nd, 4th to 3rd, 5th to 4th. I'm pretty good about it now.

I've pretty much perfected my rev matching/heel toe and the only thing I've ever really done was hit rev-limiter... if that counts for anything *shrug*

Misshifted a couple of times from 2nd to 3rd (while accelerating) and ended up in between 3rd and 5th (no gear)
It that happend only once after I changed the plastic bushings on the shifter

(and that was because I was shifting in a long turn because I ran out of gear in 2nd.
I was used to take that turn completely in 2nd but the 4.57's messed that up
So now I "shortshift" to 3rd and take that long turn in 3rd and it IS faster!)

I managed the 5-2 money shift on the second day of ownership, but was not going fast enough to overrev.

If i'm very tired in the morning or late at night I have been known to put the car in 3rd instead of first when taking off. Not really a mis-shift, but still a retarded mistake.

i missshifted from 3 to 2 a few times instead going to 4 gear while in Vtec, and it didn't go over the rev-limiter but tire screeching. I have hit rev-limiter a few times this year already. I need to stop doing that before i break something.
