will a header that was made for a ap1 also work for a ap2?

 

It's the same for both cars.

 

 

People have said that unless your going FI, header(s) wont do shitt. I say what the hell and got me a ricks header........well it doesn't do shitt......but make my S sound noisier and cheesy......lol

 

haha thanks for the input. i have a cai, hondata intake manifold gasket, and vafc-II and plan on getting a exhaust and test pipe soon. does anyone think that it would be worth getting a header along with all that or would it not be worth it? my main goal in life right now is to pretty much destroy my friends track edition 350z. i'm hoping i'll be able to do that with these basic things. as it is now with both of our cars stock, he slowly creeps away from me. blast torquey v6's!!!!

 

If you want to spend the money on one go for it. Aslong as you don't buy some garbage eBay brand you'll see some gains. A lot of people really hate the way they sound though which is the only reason I haven't purchased one yet.

Gears+single exhaust+TP and no stock 350 will beat you equal drivers. My friend's 6spd base is dead even with s2k stock, it's almost scary how close they are; but I'm a much more experienced drag racer than he is [can pull .2 faster consistently in the 1/4 with his own car than he can].
