On this car, while NA, a header won't gain you much in terms of power. It will help to shed some weight and certain models do look purdy, however, I don't spend a lot of time with the hood open staring at my header. Most aftermarket headers for this will look nice in the engine bay and almost all of them will weight less. Don't get one for huge performance gains. It's false economy.
But if you must get one for whatever your own reasons may be, don't forget to add "Rick's" header to the list. It will allow you to retain the stock heatshields.

IIRC... AJ-R's dynos favoured the J's Racing header, so you might want to look into those.

Either J's or Mugen/Rick's for how I see it. Mugen/Rick's will be the best for mid-range while I am pretty sure J's improves top end.

And for the exhaust- go for a test pipe and a single.... *cough* check sig *cough*

I plan on buying the Rick's 6+ header. For the money, it makes the most sense.
We've established that headers primarily serve to: reduce weight and look sexy.
Ricks: CHECK!

It's also nearly a replica of the Mugen, so you know it will gain some ponies in the midrange. At less than $800 (Mugen header used), it's an obvious choice for me.

IMO dont bother to buy a header untill you get and intake and a exhaust first.

If you want to gain horsepower, go with a single outlet, otherwise the gains are negiligible, if any.
