You'll lose power with the Spoon exhaust manifold - there are plenty of dyno plots in 'Under the Hood' to back this up.
Thanks for the warning. What about Comptech? Proven gains up top? Does it have a heatsheild/use the stock heatsheild?

I'm staying NA as well. I was under the impression that a 4-1 header would be better for top end where 4-2-1 would be better for midrange. Again, looking for peak/high end gains for open track driving. Sorry for highjacking, just hoping to get alot of information out resulting in a good thread for future searching.

Bump. I need more header owners to speak up as well.
I am suprised you lose power with the Spoon.
I too am looking for high numbers up top. I would go with the Ricks for the price, looks, and gains, but it gains where I don't care AS MUCH and loses where I want gains!

Hmm... Can't afford Js or Amuse. Mugen and Ricks are similar. Comptech is best for FI. Toda cracks. Spoon loses power. Blahhhhhhh....
Any Fujitsubo experience??
Maybe I'll just get a DC Sports ceramic header!!!

I have Spoon on my AP2 and it feels like I gained Mid-range torque.
