You don't need a looong screw driver with the appropriate Phillips head. You can do it with a 8mm (or maybe 9mm?) hex wrench. You need to reach down a bit. For the driver side, you need to take out the plastic cooler reservoir, which just comes off.

I believe I was able to find the pics here or somewhere on the web.
