we recently found out that not 1, not 2, but 3 ap2's here in Atlanta put down 250 bone stock!!! As far as the decision to go 350 or s2000 I would choose the S everytime. I was in the same dilemma as u when I bought mine. The S2000 is by far a better built car inside and out. Just look at the interior quality of both. Good luck
