Headlight Covers
Have run across someone that has the ability to manufacture the front outer caps for the S2000 headlights that I know many have scratches, rock dings, etc that I am investigating - prices roughly as follows. Figure a new set is about $1,000 - this just replaces the very outer clear shell - let me know if anyone is interested in pursuing - already explained about UV coating to them. At $150 set looks like a interesting concept to investigate.
For one person bying a set: 400$
with 2 ppl 300$ each
with 3 ppl 250$ each
with 4 ppl 200$ each
with 5+ ppl 150$ each

You do know that for about 40 you can install a flim that does the same thing. Small scratch can no longer be seen, and it stops the sand blasting that happens too.
I assume that you know what installation would be for your solution?

I would be very interested. I have small cracks in my lenses that i can't get out, and the film probably wouldn't hide them. I got all of the scratches out from sanding my covers, but i think those small hairline cracks are unfixable. If you get them for $150 a pair, count me in.
