Heated Seats
I found this site: http://autoskin.com/index.html
It looks like you might be able to add leather seats with heaters, don't know for sure since the website doesn't make it obvious, but there is a "heated seats" section.

I was really keen on doing this a couple of years ago at the beginning of this car's first winter. Then the price kinda floored me plus I didn't like the idea of tearing the seats apart. My wife gave me a thick, black piece of sheep skin and this has worked just as well as previous heated seated I've had. And it gets "brass monkey" cold here.

$300-500 per seat is the price that I got so far. From what I understand, you can't even tell it's there. PM Tedster. He's from jerrypeterson's crew up in Seattle. He has them and is happy last I heard.
Although xviper's suggestion for a nice sheep skin does sound a little more practical.

Yeah, I had butt-heat installed for $400 total, both seats. I really like it, 'cause I like to drive top-down in almost all weather. A search should turn up my thread with pictures and details.
p.s. Jerry's part of my crew!
