Hello eveyone, I'd like to introduce myself as the proud new owner of a 2001 yellow/blk. For those who are interested, I purchased it at Schaumburg Honda yesterday (they had 4 2001's on the lot and 1 2000) and got it at sticker (though that tooks some stone-faced bullying, but I had checkbook in hand).

Anyway, I've pulled my V1 out of my GSR and am looking for different ways folks have mounted it. In an ideal world, I'm looking for an installation so good (concealed or integrated) that I wouldn't be worried about it with the car parked top-down (more than I would be about anything else anyway).

Hi Clark welcome to the board.

Mack and I just finished installing his V1 the night before last. Check out my thread "I need a radar detector!!". Ours must be the easiest and cleanest install yet. All you see is the last 4 or 5 inches of the power cord that go to the detector itself. Once we got started it only took about 30 minutes to complete.
