Help on 2003 S2000
Hey guys here are a couple of quick questions for you, I went to a local Honda dealer today and got a quote of $379 (including taxes) a month with no money down 15k mile lease, and the honda front, rear, side spoiler included.
So im thinking about getting one, but I just got wheels for my TL 6months ago. So my question is will my 19x7.5 wheels with a +49 offset 225/40/19 fit ? And if they do would they fit to far in or stick out ? Will they rub ?

On the S2000, you need to have a staggered tire set up. The rears need to be wider than the fronts for proper handling. A 225 rear is what comes factory on the 16's. Also, ratios (225/40) are probably not correct for the S2000. The offset is close to what is needed, but again, the front and rear rims have different offsets, and are also different widths. I would not reccommend this set up on the S.
Try a search also and see what you come up with, or post this in the wheel and tire forum. You will get a lot more responses there.

What if I changed the tires in the rear to a 235/40/19 in the rear and left the 225/40/19 in the front or went with a 215/40/19 ?
Why do the new 350Z and RX-8 both have the same rim width just different tire sizes all the way around ?

What if you changed them to the 20 inch the FX45 uses?
Why change the dynamics and drivability of this car that much by messing with the wheels and the tires? Your first question was that you bought wheels for your Acura and will they fit the S2000, I assume so you save some of that investment. I would recommend taking those wheels of the Acura, selling those wheels and putting the stock ones back on your Acura before you sell it. Then, buy the S2000, and if you want, buy wheels designed for it.
