probably not a good topic for this tech forum, but I'm new to being a moderator, so I'll let it go...

I don't have the bar, but it should just come with a bar and hardware to mount it. as long as you have that, you should be fine. Check http://www.spoonsports.co.jp if you want to see a picture and check if yours looks right.

I have the comptech but...

I got two brackets, the bar and eight allen bolts that secure the bar to the brackets. If you can put it together you should be all right. The hardware to attach it to the car is already on the car. It's not a complicated piece.

car talk.

under the hood is for genuine technical posts. "What should have come in the box with my _____?" is not a technical question. I liken it to "I just got my new rims, but they didn't come with a cover for the lug nuts, but I see one in the picture in the magazine. Should I have it?" It's a legitimate question, but it's just not a real technical question. There might be a technical aspect to the question, but it's still not what this forum is for. So I was instructed when I became a moderator.

That said, I'm moving this thread to car talk.

As a learning experience, you should never (no matter how much you want the product) accept a damaged box from any shipper.

If you do accept it, immediately call the shipper and state what has happened; maybe there is insurnace on the contents.

Otherwise you have accepted it and you shall suffer the consequences if it is damaged; and it will be very hard to reconcile.
