Default HELP

Hey guys,
Just need a little help with shipping out big items like bumpers and stuff. I live in baltimore md and i dont know where to ship out big items. I have gone to fedex or ups store and they wont ship items unless its boxed. Where do i get i box big enough to fit a bumper?? Do you guys have any sugestions from pass experience to what or where i can go or deal with, with items to shipout this big. Oh yea!! I need a place that would not charge an arm and a leg..Thanks for all the help..

I would check an appliance shop. They recycle the big boxes that are form demo appliances. I bet you could get them for free. A fridge box would be perfect, just cut it down to fit your specific part.

I went to home depot/lowes and got a box from there outdoors/lawn department(a outdoor swing box). I had to use ups, cause the buyer was losing patience.

use two large boxed from UHUAL and box up the item end to end. like the plastic easter eggs.

you can also ship via greyhound. very cheap but you have to ship/pickup at the station. they won't bring it to your door.
i think i had a bumper sent from NJ to chicago for like $60.

Only mine weren't from Uhaul. BTW, I shipped this from NC to FL and it cost about $225. I didn't even think about Greyhound. That could've saved me a butt load of cash.
