You need to contact an Intellectual Property attorney.

Not really. Just look up the forms on uspto.gov. They're pretty self-explanatory, IIRC.

I looked up site already , we also did search . I hoped that maybe someone on the site ,might be real familiar with the procedure. I down loaded the forms , like any thing the government does , they can't write any thing in plain English.

if you're willing to spend the money, get an attorney to do it. i recommend my sister she's an IP attorney that specializes in doing stuff like that.

I'm an IP attorney, and while I usually recommend that people do their own copyright registration (which is very easy), both trademarks and patents are much more involved. To do it right, you will need an IP attorney.

A couple questions, are you using the mark now, or do you intend to use it? Did you perform a search to determine if your use (or intended use) will not infringe an existing mark? What is the geographic extent of the use? If you're use the mark, do you currently have your mark protected under common-law (using "TM")? Does the state you live in offer registration of marks?

You see, there's a lot involved with the registration of marks. Protecting your property is not a place to cut corners. Please, consult an IP attorney.
