I seem to be missing a bolt in this area on either side. Probably from a softtop replace a few years back. It's like this plastic piece that sit inside the rear fender. You can only see with the top down. See photos below. I can also feel a hole on the inner fender area that it would connect to

Can someone help ID? Is it the same bolt that holds the rear molding piece right nearby?
