Default help find TSB for latch rattle fix

my CR hardtop rattles more then my AP1 convertable latch. it is the latch mechanism itself thats rattling. not the latch-to-striker contact. i searched and only came up with TSB 01-037. this is NOT the problem with my car and it wouldn't help anyway because that TSB says to replace strikers with hardtop striker, but i have an 08 CR (obviously hardtop and stikers) with 20K miles.
few years ago someone posted up a TSB showing steps for stuffing honda foam paper (EPT?) into the latch itself to reduce rattle. i did it to my AP1 and worked great. i forgot exactly what steps are involved. i've been searching on and off for the past few weeks but have come up with nothing.

thanks for any help anyone can come up with.

Or click this one, he doesn't list the TSB number but he explains how to do it.
