Help, front bumper screw mounts fell in

Help, front bumper screw mounts fell in
D'oh!
I purchased a pair of Front License Plate bumper plugs from H&A Accessories, and I got one of them in w/no problems. However, when I attempted to pop the other one in, the screw mounts half fell into the bumper...! Anyone know how to get behind there and push on 'em from behind?
