That's weird, I've been running with my stock rubber hanger on my Invidia V1 forever and it has never even touch my rear bumper. Maybe Ap2 are different

AP1/AP2 hangers on the car are EXACT. Hooks on the exhausts are typically the same as well. The only difference is the rubber pieces near the mufflers are different on AP1/AP2, where you need AP1 rubber pieces to work as the AP2 rubber pieces use a 2 prong hanger while the AP1 and most aftermarket ones use the single.
I believe the only exhaust that has the two prong is the AP2 stock exhaust.
You should only have to replace the rubber pieces though, not the hangers.
