Hmm, on the chances I have had to drive a few S2000's, I actually thought the opposite. It felt like a car that I could enjoy driving at the speed limit, just cruisin, with the top down. Not that the car would not have its share of fun or anything...

tell me about it....I just picked up a cashier's check for $345 to pay a damn speeding ticket......Appearantly they frown upon you driving 120+

Only $325 for 120 mph ticket? Hmm, a long time ago...I got a ticket for 68 in a 35. That one was 330 without traffic school and 349 with it.

The S2000 is a car that promotes socially irresponsible driving...

And I LOVE it!

Hmmm, I must be the only one who feels the opposite of this. I love to just cruise around (not speeding) in the S2000 (more fun to cruise then in other cars imo). And of course I love to open it up, but just cruising is very fun as well...to me.

I generally don't have a problem speeding in a straight line (I don't understand why people do) but when the corners are approching or there's a clear intersection with a green turn arrow - it's on. Rip off a couple quick downshifts, cop check, opposite lock.

Also do you guys feel like everyone is always in your way?

It's funny, I'll drive straight down the road with people flying by me at 80mph then when the slightest turn comes up they slow down and get in the way... I don't understand it.

"Also do you guys feel like everyone is always in your way?"

Exactly. And I don't even have an S yet.

"Have you ever noticed anyone going slower than you is an idiot and anyone going faster than you is a maniac? "

Some of you probably know this one, or don't agree with it. But it stands true for me.

Yeah, that's my 1st thought. Then I fight it & think that idiot or maniac could be (and probably was) me!
