Default help with my new S2000

Hey guys i just got my 00 honda s2000 with 50k miles with it, what should i do first, oil change? what other things should i check for? transmission fluid, please help me, your info will be greatly appreciated

I would change the oil, engine and transmission, check the air filter, pollen filter etc.

I'd also do the differential oil and if it were me I'd like a fresh start valve inspection & adjustment...(makes that engine even 'brighter')...also wash & wax, shinetsu grease on all the rubber seals...


check for spring spacers..... j/k

good luck & drive safe & enjoy... get used to the thing before you drive it very hard.

Change oil
change transmission fluid
change rear diff fluid
check air filter
check pollen filter
If its been raced hard consider changing brake fluid.
silicon grease to rubber boots.
check brakes and rotors
check the cluch fluid.
check the radiator fluid
check the fan belt for wear.
clean and check car for wear , soft top, hoses etc.
check the tires
have fun.

off the topic a bit, but i was curiuos if s2000 steering wheel is adjustable?

Good list, but I would CHANGE the clutch and brake fluid so you know it's been done and when it was done. You are under there anyway, you might as well.

I'd inspect/adjust the valves on 50K miles S2000.

have fun. <----my favorite item to check.

You might find maintenance records.
