Default Help needed - springs

Hey I'm about to purchase a set of H&R Sport Springs from a member of this board...please help! Can somebody give me some feedback on these springs? Ride height difference? Springs rates? Pros and Cons? I looked up on H&R's website - they do not list these specs.

Please help! I intend to purchase these until I can save up for a set of decent coilovers. Thanks in advance.

Don't know the specs off hand, but I'm sure you could search and find the answer real quick

i have the h&r's on my car right now and the ride is pretty soft imo. the front lowers about .75" and the rear a little less. i think .60". i am not sure about the spring rates though. honestly, i like the springs but wish the drop was more even. the rear does not even look lowered unless you park your car next to a stock s2k. that is the only con with these springs imo. other than that, i am satisfied with them.
