Help with rattling hinges on top
Hopefully someone can help here:
When the top is down, the hinges and related components that fold back against each other (area closest to the driver's left shoulder and passenger's right shoulder) rattle constantly when I go over bumps or uneven pavement. No rattles when the top is up.
One mechanic has not been able to fix it, taking it to another dealer next Tuesday.
This should I'd imagine be a matter of simply tightening some stuff that has gotten loose over 20k miles.
Any experience/ideas?
Thanks in advance

I haven't noticed any rattling in the top (up or down) and I have 36K+ miles on mine. I have had to go around and tighten a few other things down so I wouldn't say it is impossible. Bottom line though...if you still have some warranty time, use it.
