Default A little Help?

I just wanted to ask if anyone out there has experienced this with their S2000. Mine is an 07 with about 10,000 miles on it and i am getting some pretty loud squeaks that sound like they are coming from the joints near the clip that joins the top to the windshield , this is only on the right side. On the left side i experience loud clicking which appears to be coming from the same exact spot, the joints which fold the convertible top in half.

Does anyone know what EXACTLY is making these noises? Because I believe them to be quite a bit louder than they should be for a car that is brand new essentially, and does anyone know how to fix them? Mainly just looking for a cause so i can let my mechanic know exactly what to look for and fix while its still under factory warranty.

Thank you in advance for all your input!

I have 4 squeaks and rattles on my 07 with ~3,000 miles. I'm taking it to the dealer to have it fixed under warranty. I recommend you do the same...

get it fixed under warranty. they'll insert some foam in the convertible latch to stop that from rattling. i had the same problem on my MY06. they fixed it no problem. i only had it on one side i forgot if its left or right. good luck with your fix dude
