I filed my complaint with the FTC but they only takes complaints they don't actually act on anything unless its repeated...no investigations for an idividual.

Going to contact the consumer protection agency get some advice from them.

Sorry for being redundant, but SUE their A$$. If you have a receipt from them for your deposit, and a sales contract. They 'd up.

Best of luck with this. Sweet deals like this are few and far between.

Talk to the General Manager first. You might want to cool off a bit if you can. I usually get further with people if I speak coherently and respectfully. I know it's hard, but try to keep your cool. You're definitely in the right, especially with the signed paperwork from them.

Come to think of it, I really don't know what the GM can do for you. I guess all you have to tell him is that you're going to take action against his dealership and this is only a courtesy call.

I love it when justice prevails in the face of crooked car sales reps! Slam your foot down on them so we can feel it all the way back in California.

What papers did you sign? The one that matters is the title!!! or bank contracts. If you signed the title it is your car, if not you have a tough road ahead.

NewsNet5 is local New Station.
They have a customer complaints number called
Five On Your Side; 216-431-4357
Give them a call

They may ask you to write them a letter to

Five On Your Side:
3001 Euclid Ave Cleveland OH 44115

you can fax your documents to support your case to 216-431-4290

This stealership needs to be exposed of their shady business practices.

Firestarter, contact their local news. I'm telling you, they would hate the bad press and that sometimes is worse than a lawsuit to them. Other people in the area need to know how crooked they are.

Also, call up Honda USA and complain to them.

yes, I have paperwork showing the sale and previous deposit.

I sent a cashiers check and a loan check by US Post express mail garanteed.
It's your car and it's stolen. Report it to the police.

If you don't get any satisfaction then we'll start an email and phone call campaign for you.

A bill of sale is nearly just as good!

Nearly yes. The title is what you need to have.
