"If your Maint Req light is flashing, it is simply a reminder to change your oil. It starts to flash after about 5,000 miles since it's last reset and will stay on after about 7,000 miles. To reset it, follows these steps:

1. With the engine off. hold down the trip button and turn the key to the 'on' position.

2. Continue to hold until the light goes out.

3. Turn the key to the 'off' position.

4. Turn the key back to the 'on' and the light should not flash any longer."

Got this off another S2000 forum, Just maintenance light. All hondas have a wrench light, just for oil change reminder.

Woops, I didn't know what you were asking. isn't that 1 where your mileage is supposed to go?
A little research shows up nothing important.

I thought the wrench indicated a tool was left in the engine compartment.

Your engine is toast. May as well sell the car. I'll give you $100 to take it off your hands.

Or you could try this: http://owners.honda.com/ Crazy website that has these totally unreal links to incredibly obscure stuff like...your owner's manual.

Many of us got owner's manuals. If you didn't you can download one. Info is on page 139 of my '06 manual.

The maintenance minder (standard on '06 and later) has computed you have 15% oil service life remaining. A means change your engine oil (B means change the oil and filter). 1 means it's time to check tire inflation. This is time/use based.

There are more, just check your manual.
