i used the dental floss to loosen the edge but than i took my neeedle nose pliers and carefully yanked them off perfectly. be gentle as to not damage the old peices if you want them for any other reason. the rear emblem has to white plugs that held it in place so you'll need the pliers to pluck them out to make sure the badges are flush with the car. than i used my finger nails to peel off the adhesive remains and scraped of the rest as well. i than cleaned with alcohol and applied the badges and depressed them along the center for a minute and made sure i press on all edges to make sure they were sealed from water and dirt etc from peeling off. be careful pushing on the front bumper as it is very delicate and can cave in!
