how about the high beam>>> is it ok to change it with and put HID on it??
You can, but the reflector is not really designed for it and you would have to rewire the DRL. It is a whole lot of money to gamble on for some cobbled together H1 retrofit. The stocks are pretty decent IMHO.

4300k is the best. When I drive my del Slo, I hate that it does not have HID. A good friend of mine has 6000k in an OEM Integra projector, and while it is pretty, the visibility sux balls in comparison.

So what if I wanted to retrofit some incredibly awesome, traffic blinding, 50,000,000 candle power Xenons where the high beams are - theoretically - how bright could they be and how far could I see?

The colors you see from oncoming cars with HID, especially BMW, Audi and Evos are seen as the upper beam cutoff flashes past your eyes.

your best bet if you really want to upgrade the HID for a neat color output AND useable light is the philip's ultinon 6000K. these are the only HID bulbs I could recommend using over the stock 4300K since they are able to actually provide usable light

oh and since they accomplish both tasks that most other hid bulbs over 4300K can't...expect to pay a premium for them. last time i checked on ebay, a pair of ultinons ran close to 200.
