So im driving back home this just happened maybe an hour ago, and im driving down oakton, Niles. I hit a red light bunch of kids and all blasting music. so the light turns green so i accelerate. im doing 40 about now and this focus gets on my right side and just swerves into my rf fender and takes offf. so i take off im like no way. Im doing about 80mph down a side street with my meegan single screaming and this focus is trying to run. I end of losing the focus but a cop drives right infront of me. i told him what was up and he said he just saw one and thought something was up. so the cop gets the guy eventually i pull up, pissed. dude got arreseted. for underage drinking and driving with marajuana in the car. 17 years old with 3 other minors in the car. insurance insurance insurance

 

Sorry to hear about your car It really angers me when teenagers do this... I mean it's one thing to get smashed and drive, but it's another when your bringing along 3 other passengers with you. Just glad no one got hurt or even killed given the circumstances. But on a completely other note, are you at least getting reimbursed for your losses? Or was the kid without a license/insurance?

ya i got his insuranace info so im going through that cop also gave me a court date if i wanted to testify against the dude. All i want is a fixed S

That's BS. Kid is a minor so he'll probably get off light, but he should have the book thrown at him.
