does the hks hi power exhaust give you headaches when around 80 mph on the freeway? also if anybody can post up pics of there exhaust

 

Don't have any pics of mine, but I can tell you that at lower rpm's it can be fairly loud but nothing that will create a headache - especially if you don't have a test pipe. At higher rpm's you can barely even hear it.

 

The sound is loudest below 3500 RPM. In 6th gear, you can hear a noticeable reduction in loudness once you breach 60 mph. After that it's mostly engine unless you romp it. It sounds like a racecar at all RPM outside the car.

Not bad at all at 80mph...below 3500rpm you can start off alarms but still not as bad as some of the other exhausts.

Also, I didn't like the way it sounded at first but it has really grown on me. Now I love it!!!

 

I like the HKS HiPower. It sounds fantastic, looks good, and is only slightly annoying around 3-4k RPM.

not to hijack this thread but,
what's loudest exhaust out of HKS, T1R sparrow & Fujitsubo?

And which one has relatively high pitch tone?

I know the Fujitsubo is the quietest of the bunch. I suspect the Sparrow will be louder then the HKS but I don't really know.

 

Please buy it, so u can give your car the best sounding exhaust made. it's not loud, just a deeper g35 !Puts power behind the car with its sound.

 

after 65mph in 6th, the exhaust is almost silent.
