Holy crap! I just played 9 holes with my buddy when it started pouring. We got in the car and on the highway headed home. This 92ish green accord coupe with a massive GT wing merged onto the highway and proceeded to get right on my ass. I mean right on my ass. I am going 55 mph at this time as my S03s suck in the rain. He swerves left and pulls up next to me. I look over but cant see anything through his tinted windows, and give him kind of a whats up look. He then passes me, cuts me off, and slows down. At this point, I get over into the left lane so as not to be on his ass. Now, he slows down again, rolls down his window and waves some metal contraption at me and my friend. Im like, what the f@!k. He starts driving aggressively, swerving and whatnot towards me, so I downshift and burn him. Then I hit a red light. He pulls next to me, stops short, gets out of his car(in the pouring rain), and comes at my buddy(on the passenger side) with the wrench. I turn the wheel, pop the clutch in first and did a 180 the other way down the street. As I'm doing so, he hits my trunk with this metal thing, jumps back in his car, and makes a u-turn after me. I make another u-turn, and use my super cool driving skills to lose him. I call the cops, who take 45 mins to call back, and they tell me I needed his license plate to file a report. Progressive was understanding and I think it'll be covered, but dayum. What's a guy to do. Im6'2 my buddy is 6'3, we wouldve whooped this guys ass, but he had a fricking wrench or something! He put a ouncture in my trunk and a big scratch on the top of the right rear fender. Tomorrow, Im going to buy a glock to keep in the car from now on. Only thing I can think of is that he didnt want my car to be as pretty as it is. Well, it's not now. Sorry for the long post. Ive never had anything happen to me like this. Peace

 

get out and stomp him would be the first thing that came to mind, but a day at the body shop is better than a day in jail! you did the right thing. some kid from the wrx site was just shot and killed out here for the same thing in the middle of the day.

I had no weapon, he is wielding this metal thing that put a nice sized hole in my trunk. I would put my money on my driving skills rather than my fighting skills.

next time, get out of the car, beat the living shit out of the guy, and put him under citizens arrest. call the police, and wait till they get there. easy deal. you were 2, he was one. you could have done it. but, your prob better of doing what you did. god people are so stupid. id get together a crew, and find that accord. and beat that guy senseless. hehe. lates dave

I had kind of the same thing happen to me about a month ago. Cops came in 2 minutes and caught him though.
