Default Honda Care Cancellation

So I was suckered into buying it when I bought my s2k, but I read the fine print and it said I could cancel it and get a full refund within 30 days if no claim was paid.
So I sent a signed and certified letter to honda care and my dealer, but its been 2 weeks and nothing. I am going to wait another week cause it says wait up to 30 days to receive the check.
What should I do if nothing happens?

Call the dealership and do it through them? That's what I plan on doing, since I'm pretty much in the same situation. Also, isn't the grace period 60 days?

Well, if you sent a certified letter then you have recieved the confirmation card that they signed for it, right? If not, the post office can track your letter by the tracking number. Just call them and ask if the refund is in process.

If you financed, chances are the check went to the lender, not you.

As far as I know, you get the prorated check in the mail. Probably will take a month or so. The check can go to your lender, for instance, if you repo'd the car, so that they can get some of their money back

That is why Honda does not sweat financing "soft adds" like warantee since they are cancelable at almost anytime.

Hope that helps
