I got one in my email about a month ago. I didn't fill it out right away. A couple of days went by and I went to fill it out and it said the survey was no longer open.

If you fill it out with a less than perfect rating, it will hurt the dealership. Honda (and every other manufacturer's) scoring system is straight up unfair and disgusting. The way I see it, if you have no complaints (and have the time) fill it out with a perfect score. If you don't feel like giving your dealer a perfect score, just trash the survey.

I know this sounds like crap, but keep this in mind:

No matter what Honda or your dealer tells you, the dealership (including the employees who worked on or sold you your car) will see exactly what you put on that survey. They have to act like they don't know, but they know - if you give them anything less than perfect, don't take your car back to them

Even scarier, many dealerships pay their employees on these survey ratings now. Some dealership have a swing system: if the average scores for the month are above a certain number, the employee gets a a bonus - if the scores are below a certain number, they get pay taken away

Ask yourself this......if you give someone anything less than perfect now knowing that person has seen every little answer you've submitted in that survey, and they may have a bad month (some dealerships it only takes 2 less than perfect surveys to kill a month's average) and you know how most people react to things - they take no responsibility for their own actions - so this person is going to blame you for their bad month.......would it be wise to take your car back to that dealership?

Sorry about the run-on sentence.....
